The COLD WAR III:  GUERILLA WARFARE Mid-Atlantic Team Competition Early Bird Registration goes live on Monday, 15 April, 2013 at 1100 a.m!  http://www.coldwar3.eventbrite.com. 

This year’s competition will be a team only competition and will include three (3) divisions of Rx, Scaled and a new Master’s Team Division.  We have added additional team slots this year, making this the largest competition in the region.  Teams will be comprised of four members and must include at least one male and one female.  How you compose your team is up to you, but we caution you to choose wisely…

We are T-minus 15 days from the Cold War 2.

The WOD details will be posted on the WODs page on Thursday, November 29.

In the meantime, athletes, you have roughly two weeks left to prepare yourselves physically and mentally. The emphasis now should start to transition into recovery (rest and diet), mental readiness (sleep is crucial), and fine-tuning the team dynamics for those of you registered as teams.

We are still looking for Judges and Volunteers, register here if you are interested in helping out. Volunteers/Judges will receive a free event t-shirt as well as food throughout the day.

Spectator tickets are still on sale online and will also be available at the door for both days.

Registration for Individual Male and Female competitors ends this Wednesday, November 7. With the current lineup, both categories are sure to be intense competitions. Don’t miss out on your chance to test yourself against the greatest!

Scaled Team registrations will end on November 10. This is a great opportunity for newer Crossfitters, competitors, and athletes to experience the rush of competition and test their mental and physical endurance.

And ofcourse, fantastic prizes await for our winners across all categories.
